second opinions, documentation of extent of injury and causality
For Chiropractors: acute-care severe pain management, trigger point injections,
EMG / NCS studies, aspiration of swollen joints and bursae, medical evaluation,
testing, prescribing of DC therapy, assumption of medico-legal aspect of case.
All services include return to Chiropractor for therapy as primary care physician.
